These Terms of Use govern the use of the online platform provided by Stoelzle Oberglas GmbH. By using the platform, including its information, downloads, and forums, users agree to comply exclusively with these Terms of Use.
Use of the platform requires registration with Stoelzle Oberglas GmbH, which provides users with login credentials. Users must provide accurate and complete information. Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, as detailed in the Privacy Policy (see appendix). Upon registration and receipt of login credentials, a usage agreement is concluded.
Stoelzle Oberglas GmbH may revoke a user’s access at any time without stating reasons. Users are required to keep their login credentials confidential and must not share them with third parties.
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, texts, images, graphics, sounds, animations, videos, and other media, remain the property of Stoelzle Oberglas GmbH or the respective rights holder. Users are granted a revocable, limited right to use these materials solely for training and learning purposes. No license for any other use is granted.
The internal platform area provides authorized users with information and training relating to Stoelzle Oberglas GmbH products. Users may use this information only for these purposes and must complete any quizzes or interactive training content independently.
These Terms of Use do not affect any obligations arising from other agreements with Stoelzle Oberglas GmbH. Stoelzle Oberglas GmbH does not guarantee the availability, completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the information provided and, to the extent legally permissible, excludes any liability for damages arising from the use of the platform.
All platform content and login credentials are confidential and must not be disclosed or temporarily provided to third parties. Users must protect this information and may share it with customers only if explicitly authorized to do so.
Users are responsible for meeting their own technical requirements, including maintaining up-to-date antivirus software and adequate firewall protection, and must ensure that the platform is not infected with malware.
Users must use the platform appropriately. Content that is offensive, abusive, threatening, obscene, racist, discriminatory, unlawful, or contrary to democratic principles is prohibited, as is linking to such content. Users must respect third-party intellectual property and trademark rights.
Austrian law applies exclusively. The court having jurisdiction over Stoelzle Oberglas GmbH shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the platform or its use.
